Lunchbreak: Raspberry Mezcal Popsicles

Once raspberry syrup is cold, add Mezcal and lime juice. Portion mixture into metal or silicone popsicle molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until completely solid, at least 4 hours but ideally overnight. Once frozen, remove from molds and serve!
