2017: a Raspberry Pi 3 socket on every NEC display Elektor (blog) Quoting a hotshot at NEC, “we wish to enable a seamless integration of Raspberry Pi's devices with NEC's displays”. She was talking about the Raspberry Pi 3 Compute Module – an industrial computer with a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor.
